Vinyasa is a sequence of movements and postures guided with the breath creating a flow. The purpose of this class is to explore different poses through a meaningful, creative, fun and sometimes challenging flow. This class is for all levels and ages 18+, many adjustments and variations will be offered. Equipment required: a yoga mat, a small and a big towel, a bottle of water Additional useful equipment/props (not required): yoga blocks, bolsters (or a firm cushion, yoga blankets, straps, small pilates ball.) Die Kurssprache ist Englisch, individuelle Unterstützung wird ohne Sprachbarrieren zusätzlich auch auf Deutsch oder Spanisch angeboten. Bitte mitbringen: eine Yogamatte, ein kleines und ein großes Handtuch, bequeme Kleidung, Getränk, Optional: Yogablock, Bolster.
